I like the ease of scheduling and canceling my parking reservations. I also wanted to say Thank You for your help in shutting my car door. I thought I had shut my car door, but I got a notification from my smart car that my car would not lock because a door was open. My husband called and one of the staff there checked my car and shut the door for us. I really appreciate it because we just bought the car and it is an electric vehicle that I'm not used to driving yet. Having the door shut and the car locked gave me peace of mind, so thank you so much for your help. :-)
You don’t have to wait long. Drivers help with the luggage. The drivers are friendly. There is plenty of room. They have enough busses

I sent a text as soon as I arrived at the baggage carrousel and and got a quick reply to meet the pick up outside at the curb number 3.
As soon as I stepped outside I saw the Park & Fly van and he helped me with my suitcase.
When we arrived at the vehicle location 1186 South St. Suffield, Windsor Locks, Ct.
My car was parked outside and the driver, RINH went inside to give me a nice cold bottle of water as it was quite hot that day.
I greatly appreciate the service and its so comforting after a long flight to be picked up to the security of my car.
