Park 'N Fly knocked it out of the ball park. Wow! In an era where most companies are struggling to provide even acceptable customer service, you guys could not have done it better.
Friendly (And funny!) staff members loaded our party of six's bags on and off the shuttles, took us right to where we needed to be to catch our flight, and the app! I downloaded it at the last minute, literally as I was disembarking the plane upon flying home, hit the "Come get me" tab, was texted exactly where to go to be picked up, and within one minute of us getting there- we hustled, too- the shuttle picked us up and took us back to the garage, where our car was waiting. All we had to do was hop in and go! By far the best airport parking experience I have ever had. Even better than parking in the onsite airport garage! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I liked that I have control over the appointment process as I know current technologies through my smartphone. The staff is always friendly and they are most helpful as we go through our check-out process.

This works out great since there are no Coach busses from Indiana. I still have to drive in which can be bad but the parking, delivery & pickup make up for the hassle of the drive. Telling all my friends about this also!!
