Prompt service, I had no idea what or how to navigate the area to ensure I got to the airport. I didn’t have to worry at all. Staff met me at my car, guided me, same on my return. So easy. My car was safe without issue when I returned.

The driver was very courteous and professional. He was helpful. I can’t remember his name but the date of my pick up from the airport was Sunday July 31st at around 10:30pm. He should be recognized for his efforts.

I've actually quite pleased by how quickly PNF shuttles have been available at the Oakland airport after I've landed. Much better than SFO. Also, the drivers have been courteous and helpful with luggage. I also appreciate the covered parking.

Quick pickup

Well, The only problem I had was trying to find the "Courtesy Van" place on the lower level. I asked one DFW person and was told to go to 'Remote'. I went but did not find a Park 'N Fly. I tried to text Park 'N Fly 3 times but could not get WiFi at DFW, After waiting a while I walked north could not find "Courtesy Van' spot. So I walked south and finally found a DFW security person and asked if they knew where Park 'N Fly might stop. They pointed and said way down at the end of the terminal. So I walked all the way down and found a Park 'N Fly Shuttle. Luckily the driver was standing there with an empty shuttle. I was relieved after nearly an hour ordeal.
I gave the driver my small blue ticket and told him I had been walking around for a long time. Then three other people got on. I very seldom fly but next time I will know better as to where things are! 😉

Staff was very polite and helpful. We called after midnight standing at the baggage claim and by the time we got to the shuttle pickup area, the shuttle was waiting! The free car wash and free bottle of waters was nice touch. Would definitely consider their services again!

We’ve always had acceptable service, but the driver we had for our pick up and at the exit gate were above average. Super friendly, made the experience even better. Thank you!

Best drivers , very safe drivers. Ustomer service is also amazing and the parking spaces are amazing because there is tons of space between each car to get into your car with out hitting the other car with your door. Just best freakn airport park lot everrrrrrrrrr. DID I WIN THE 1,000 DOLLARS YET ?
