I am very pleased with the service I received with Park N Fly. Arrived to gate was prompt, prepaid price options we excellent, and when we returned, it took less then 5 minutes after we called to catch the shuttle. My rear door window was left down while we were away and they taped my window close so rain would not get in the car....I am like "who does that!", this is a company that cares about their customers. I am sold this is my parking place for all of my travels.

I am very excited to say I love park & fly because is very easy booking and parking the staff is very friendly and helpful also the drivers with the shuttle busses are very nice and make sure your luggage are secured and your car is parked in a good spot at the lot.

We had assistance when we entered, with our bags and when we exited.
