It was an extremely well run operations from delivery from the facility to the airport. The shuttle was very timely to pick me up and the driver was extremely helpful. They announced terminals and gates often so we would not forget and they also asked us if we had everything as we left the shuttle. The pick-up going back to the facility was easy and the drivers made every effort to locate you for trip back. Overall, just a good experience.
Online system easy to use and the drivers are friendly and helpful. I especially want to recognize Valerie, our driver, who dropped us off and picked us up. She provided exceptional service.
The car wash station did not work.
My car was parked in park and while the washer head moved it hit my car several times and then it aborted the wash.
The lady from checkout washed all the soap off with the water hose.

Your staff at MIA airport facility is great. So helpful to us senior citizens and they always remember us...from the shuttle drivers to the cashier.
We were picked up right away as soon as we parked and were delivered to the airport within minutes. Upon return, the wait was minimal to be picked up from the airport and were dropped off right at our vehicle. Easiest part of our travel!
