Customer service is top notch. The shuttle was at our truck as we parked. When we returned, the shuttle was there when we got to the curb. Both drivers helped with our luggage. Vehicles were clean and comfortable.

This service was super quick! It was slightly confusing at first that I needed to stay at my car to be picked up after parking (but that's on me... I didn't read the fine print and was chasing buses up and down the aisles). If that would have been a little more clear, it would have been a 10/10 for a first experience (it's still a 9.9 out of 10), and I will ABSOLUTELY be booking with them again. Super affordable, very quick, and such polite service!!! On my shuttle to ATL, I was speaking with a couple from out of state, and they said it was the best shuttle service they have used in the ATL area!
Pick you up at your car
Reserving online was so easy and efficient! The service was fabulous! The ladies were so friendly and helpful and very welcoming. This was my first time using park and fly and I was so impressed! I was worried about getting to my flight on time but they were so fast and when I returned home, the shuttle was there waiting. Absolutely have been recommending to everyone I see!
Convenient and less expensive than other options

I returned from my trip after midnight. The van picked me up within minutes of my getting to the curb and my car was ready to drive out the Park N Fly lot seamlessly. Whew!!
But you should know that I tried to call the lot (after midnight) and I let it ring until I boarded the van -- for about 10 minutes. NO one answered even to say the van was on its way.
This is the second time we've used your services and have been very satisfied by how fast you have gotten to the airport to drop us off and pick us up along with having our vehicle ready upon our return.

Wish it would be easier to use website for covered parking options, Seems only uncovered ,wont let me in to the covered ...cant call as no one answers...seemed to happen after you merged with another company ??? tx though !
I enjoy the service Park and Fly provides. The reason is because they take care of my car and the price is right for me. I wish the section with cover would be lower for me one day. That way ill be able to leave my car their. But other than that really good place to leave your car while imo out of town.

Price, safety, convenience. However the night we returned, Island 3 was PACKED with remote parking patrons. We didn't have any place to stand particularly with oncoming cars in the other lane. Your buses were running very late and we had to wait about 30 minutes on a Sunday night around 11:00 PM.
