First I like how clean the facility is. The price point is reasonable for a daily rate. When you arrive they are responsive and get me right to my departure gate fast and professionally. And the option for an oil change and detail are the best..one less thing off my to do list while I travel and come back to a well maintained vehicle.

I am very satisfied with Park 'N Fly Plus. Last experience was less than ideal using valet. I texted from the concourse that we had arrived and received a confirmation. Yet had to wait for vehicle once we go to PNF terminal. Took us longer to exit than all others on the bus. Not sure what I paid extra for.
Also, the iphone app has not been working lately. Just a blank white screen. Have others expressed this to you?

Could not have been better. As soon as we parked, a shuttle arrived, even before we unpacked our bags. Driver was very professional. When we returned, a shuttle was at the stop waiting for us. As soon as we boarded, he left to take us directly to our car.
