I appreciate that I wasn't hassled when we just parked my car there on Friday without riding the shuttle to the airport. We were leaving the car for me to drive home after flying back on Tuesday after a drive to Mesa, Arizona. The wait at the airport was less five minutes after making it to the pickup point.

1) Picked up at our car location once we were out of our car. 2) Person who handled us leaving able to use my phone number to find our reservation with payment. 3) Drivers drive safely. 4) Driver gave us a tag with our car location so returning the other driver able to drop us of at car. Easy to use
Park n fly is so easy to do. I got my reservation on line and when I got there I went right through the gate to park my car. I literally parked and turned around and there was the shuttle waiting to pick me up to take me to the airport. The shuttle dropped me off at the airport doors. When I arrived back at the airport I called park n fly to come and get me and they came very quickly. They were waiting for me. I would highly recommend this service for anyone flying from the Cleveland airport. Very smooth and efficient.

Prompt shuttle service to and from the airport. When I arrived, the shuttle was waiting for me by the time my suitcase was out of my car. When I returned to CLE there was a shuttle waiting at the pick-up area. The drivers were extremely courteous and professional. The car-wash on the way out was a nice plus and using the app and Apple Wallet made the check in and check out process seamless.

Great, secured parking near both airport terminals. I had no trouble with scanning my barcode to get into the parking, shuttle service nor getting back. Highly recommend. Shuttle drivers were courteous and helpful. Also, there is a Park n Fly app now that you can use to request your shuttle to pickup when you arrive at the airport or vice versa.
