Your reservation platform is really easy, and you provide excellent customer service at a time when service doesn’t seem important to most other companies. Everyone at Park N’ Fly is very helpful, from the person at the entrance assisting with getting in, to the driver of the shuttle to the administrative staff. I used to be committed 100% to one of your competitors and when they moved their location, their service and everything in between went down hill so I started parking at your facility and it’s been amazing!! I know my vehicle is safe and so am I!! Thank you!!

It was so easy and quick! Drive in, park your car, wait by your car to be picked up by their shuttle, enjoy the ease of the short ride to the terminal, grab your luggage and go!
The return trip was equally easy. Hop in a Park N Fly shuttle at the airport (a short wait if there isn't one there when you arrive), a quick ride back and you are dropped off at your car. Load your luggage and go.

The ease

I was picked up quickly both times, taken to and from the airport quickly as well. The drivers were very courteous and professional.

Both shuttle drivers we had were very friendly and helpful! The price was very good compared to the airport parking and overall the service was convenient. It was a bit difficult finding the gate to check out at night and the machine had a lot of trouble scanning our ticket, but despite that we will definitely use this service again.

Oakland. I especially appreciate the helpfulness and promptness of the drivers. They are quick to pick everyone up for the ride to the airport and there are frequent departures from the airport to Park n Fly.
