Everything was made so easy, it was startling. No time was wasted using this service. We were on the shuttles as simply as if we were driving ourselves, and everyone was friendly and efficient. Arriving back to the lot to find my car waiting with the trunk open was a true shock and pure ease.

I did not have to wait for shuttles. A card was given to me to locate my parking spot. Directions on how to catch the shuttle upon arrival were clear and stated on their website. I was offered a bottle of water for my drive home. Overall, excellent service!
