Easy to pay online and get sent an email confirmation with my QR code to get in. When I parked there were already shuttles there waiting to take me to my airport terminal.
When I returned home I just replied to the automated dispatch text message with the terminal I was in and they picked me up at the “Courtesy Van” pickup location. Brought me straight to my vehicle in the parking lot. Easy, fast and reliable. I will definitely use them for my next trip.

VERY TIMELY

There were plenty of people to ask questions of when I got there. One helped me get the reader at the entrance to work with my phone. The shuttle was waiting when I got to the bay. The drivers to and from were friendly and helpful.

The driver was there with no wait, very respectful and courteous. Will use park n fly for my next trip.

First time to use this parking facility!
We needed to drive from the east side of Atlanta to the facility which was the opposite side of the airport. New area seemed more isolated than others.

At first skeptical of the location, but the experience was well worth it.
-Easy prepaid booking on line;
-Professional driver pointed out our parking slot and physically loaded our bags onto the shuttle;
-ease travel time to the airport;
-great text system with updates on bar code for entry and again the day before returning for car pick up.
-fairly clear text instructions for airport shuttle pock up. But one needs to know the airport layout a little better.
-Again, driver searched for us after texting arrival flagging us down and taking our luggage;
-Night arrival confirmed the lot was dsrk, but the driver unloaded our luggage and basically waited until we got into the car;
-prepaid 5 nights but had to stay one day longer and when checked out, they simply needed a credit card for the extra day. Smooth and friendly cashier (one lane and two machine lanes at exit) on hand around 8pm. Did not know what to expect.

As you can see, my wife and i are cheer leaders for this parking lot option for parking to travel through the Atlanta airport.

Arrival convenient, hassle free. Shuttle to airline immediately available. Upon return around 9PM, shuttle was readily available once we text’d for pick up. Driver contacted valet in transit and our vehicle was readily available World Class!
