Parked our car and a driver was at our door in about 1 minute! This is not an exaggeration.
We got to airport drop off in 5 minutes.
When we returned to Cleveland, your bus was waiting when we got to your loading zone. The driver took our carry-ons, loaded the bus, and we were on our way. We were dropped off by our car 5 minutes later.
The cashier, I believe it was Lisa, waved us over to the toll booth and manually handled our payment transaction. Wow!
I could not think of anything that could have been done any better. Anytime we fly in the future and need our car parked, there is no question we will be at Park N Fly.

Thanks for making this part of our family visit absolutely stress free!

The service was convenient and the drivers were extremely professional.

Quick, easy, clean

Everyone is so friendly and helpful including the shuttle driver and gate attendant. One comment though... we circled your parking lot several times picking up passengers- some of whom were still parking and took time to get their luggage from their cars. It probably added 10-15 minutes or so and included circling around back by our car twice. I don't expect a private ride to the airport but this seemed a little bit much considering we all had flights to catch.

Quick, easy, and efficient!

Shuttle pick up and drop off location was right next to our car, so there was no additional walking. Shuttle service was on time for pickup from the airport. Location was close to the airport as well. Overall, great service and would recommend.

It was my first time that I use this service and everything went smoothly. Only confusing part for me was after I park my car I did not know to wait there and someone will pick me up or what I need to do, so I called the number on my email and I got the driver picking us up in less than five minutes. Pick up from the Terminal was smooth and straightforward and I like the way it is communicated through text messages. Over all great experience and will use again for sure. Thanks you team.

Very easy to park and get ride to airport and get picked up upon return. I do wish that ther was some sinage on the freeway ahead of time leting us know which exit to use. I'vde missed the exit before and had to drive to the airport to turn around and come back to the correct exit!

I love Park N Fly, you make my life so easy. Even this time, I wasn't able to secure a covered reservation, however, when I got there they said they could upgrade me as long as I paid the difference upon retrieval. My car was there with a small bill and off I went on my way.
