Finding the lot, pulling in and finding a spot was very easy. The shuttle picked us up as soon as we parked.

Facility is clean and well lit, well fenced and appears to be secure. A shuttle was immediately available to take me to OAK and when I returned it only took 5-10 minutes for a shuttle to arrive at the curb to pick me (and other passengers) up for return to the lot. Drivers were pleasant and helpful.

I used to park at another lot that is closer to the freeway and on the other side of the road, however I feel much more comfortable at this facility.

Driver was very attentive to my needs. I was picked up from the airport right away. The shuttle was waiting for me when I went outside the airport to be picked up, and I was dropped off at my car when we arrived at the facility's patking lot. The driver also helped me with my luggage 🧳 going to and from the airport.
