We flew in and out of MSP Terminal 1. We had trouble finding the correct parking lot for pickup on our arrival back to MSP. We ended up in a parking lot for shuttles, but it was for outstate and hotel shuttles. Airport uses same icon for all shuttle services. Very confusing. Not your fault but maybe you have some input at the airport.

I have been told that EV chargers were out of service and I would have been interested in using one.
Unlike parking lots and garages, where you have to lug your own baggage, PnF handles it for you. I travel with my golf bag on occasion, and this is very helpful. The van is usually waiting for pickup at the airport. I have recommended your business several times over the years.
