I use Park n Fly valet twice a year. Upon arrival to valet 12/19/23 attendant always pleasant and attentive. I share my information and then bags are taken from my car to van area steps away. Van driver loads the luggage, another pleasant individual. Driver removes the luggage to the curb at airport. Returning is a text message away. Wait by Zone 3 and they arrive timely. Driver asks for valet number and car is ready and waiting upon arrival. This company does excellent customer service. Thank you.

I used to be a frequent parker at Park N Fly (formerly Midway Park & Ride) and wasn't made aware of the change in picking spot during our return back to Midway. When we tried to reach customer service, I kept getting automated text stating that a shuttle has been dispatched and need to head to gate 5 outside. With gates 1 to 4 on one side of the exit and with quite a few airport shuttle buses in front of gate 4 blocking what possibly could be gate 5 (if there was one on the same side as gates 1-4), we didn't realize until after waiting for over 20 minutes that gate 5 was actually on the opposite side of gates 1-4 with entry to gate 5 in the baggage area within the terminal. My effort to reach customer service to speak to a live person, ended up only receiving the same automated text message every time that caused more frustration. While I was lucky to have my daughter's checkout the inside of the terminal to finally find our way out, my thought about first time facility users (or) older people/not-so-abled folks that were in the same position as me, caused great concern. I recommend that the drivers notify the customers about the pick up spot while they drop off (or) include in the automated text message that gate 5 is inside the terminal behind Baggage claim # 8 to provide more direction to customers and reduce frustration and have pleasant experience with using your facility.
