My name is Michele Pringle and my experience with Park N Fly was absolutely wonderful i don't remember the driver's name but he was a short Latin gentleman who was so pleasant,friendly and mannerable.
I dropped my car off on Dec 21st between 1:30pm and 2pm and he shuttled me over to the airport.
Returning on Dec 29th he also picked me up from the airport at about 4pm,he was so very nice and helpful.
Please check and see who worked that shift and express my gratitude to him.
If this helps,i told him i was going to Stockholm,Sweden on vacation.
He's a great asset to your company.

The staff and drivers are very helpful in moving luggage and assisting passengers with getting them to their site. Communication is excellent between passengers and home base. We’ve been upgraded if our reservation wasn’t available. Drivers are very willing to assist with questions. When traveling as a single women I feel safer if driven directly to my vehicle rather than walking through a parking ramp.

I had never heard of Park 'N Fly Plus before so I had no idea what the expectations going in were going to be. But it was very convenient and very easy to navigate. It took the stress out of needing to call a cab or Uber to the airport, and it was a relief to know that once the plane landed, someone would pick me up and drop me off at my car, and I could simply drive home from there. The bus drivers thankfully handled the luggage for me, and on the return trip, he made sure that I was getting on the correct bus to get back to my car. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be using Park 'N Fly Plus again!
