Everything goes smoothly. It is easy to make a reservation online and the prices are reasonable. The office always smells good and in the holiday season it is festively decorated. All the employees are cheerful and friendly. There is usually no waiting time for the van to take me to the airport or to pick me up when I return. The communication by e-mail and text is excellent. On the two occasions I have recently used Park 'N Fly the bus drivers have been friendly and very helpful. The employees at the gates were also very helpful and nice.

The day I was flying out, I pulled into the parking lot, found a parking space and before I could barely get out of my car, the shuttle was there waiting for me. Upon my return, I texted the number to ask for a ride, and the shuttle was there within 15 minutes. Great service, this will definitely be the service I use from now on.
I appreciated that we did not have to wait for a shuttle when we were departing or arriving. And the drivers were extremely friendly and courteous.
Was a human available when needed
I enjoyed the quick pickup and the driver's helpfulness. The bus arrived just as I parked and the driver helped get the luggage out of the trunk and into the bus.
The return was not as good. We waited well over 20 minutes for a bus to pick us up at the airport. During that time, at least 2 PnF Plus busses came and went, along with a vast fleet from your competitors.
