As crowded as the airport was on December 30, I had less than a 5 minute wait for a van to come and pick me up. During my last visit several months ago, I waited over 20 minutes for a van. I see you all are making changes, and it is making customers like me very happy.

Easy shuttle pickup, friendly and helpful staff.
Only issue was I booked self parking and when I arrived there was a sign blocking the entrance saying self park was full so use the valet entrance. The person working valet seemed totally confused as to why I was in that entrance. Seems like better training/communication could

Service was fantastic — especially when our flight finally got in at 1am. You guys were so prompt, and the drivers on 12/30 at 1am and 12/23 at 12pm were friendly, patient, and helpful.
The driver on 12/30 was especially helpful with elderly travelers who had trouble using the online app. He was reassuring and patient. I wish I’d gotten his name, and hope this feedback finds him!
