Easy parking, quick, convenient shuttle to the OAK airport. We like the fact that the entry staff communicate with the shuttle drivers, and point out to us exactly where to park to minimize pick-up time. Return pick-up is just as fast. We are also very happy you updated the QR code scanners, the old ones never worked well. Free bottles of water offered to us upon exit is a real plus, keep doing that. We definitely will return and use Park 'N Fly OAK again.

THE PICK AND PARKING SECURITY WAS GREAT, BUT THE FIRST DRIVER COULD HAVE TAKEN US ON HIS SHUTTLE INSTEAD OF SAYING WAIT FOR THE NEXT SHUTTLE. HE ONLY HAS TWO PASSENGERS ON BOARD BUT WANTED TO LEAVE RIGHT AWAY. VERY UNPROFESSINAL. Like that gate attendant told us which row to park in and that we can text to come pick us up.

Bus was there when we arrived at the parking lot and then it was at the airport when we walked out of the airport! Drivers were very pleasant! Thank you!

The cost is good. Would love to see an option to charge an electric car — even a dedicated row of 110v outlets that we can plug our own cords into would be a good option. Having 240v (“Level 2”) with J1772 and NACS plugs would be even better, as long as the equipment is maintained properly and reliably.
