Drop off at parked car and quick pick up. My only complaint is that I was charged a full day for 30 minutes of parking as we returned at 12:30am. But it was still cheaper than airport parking.

Everything was great! Easy to find, very close to the airport, every employee we spoke with at Park and fly were extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Pricing was reasonable. Shuttle back to our car was very quick. We have flown out of BOS and parked at a similar lot there many times and your service is hands down better! We will now use BDL as our "preferred airport" because of your service!

The service is great, the app and scanning operations get a zero. In three attempts over an extended period have proved the electronic system is behind paper. Have needed print outs in order to leave the facility at the end of the period. Would rate the electronic process at a 1. Every time the process is different. Should be able to bring up the exit QR code easily on the app to exit. This maybe the goal but in reality it doesn't work!!!

Safe lot. Airport owned lots are garbage and ripe with break ins. Park n fly keeps vehicles safe. Drivers are very nice and you never have to wait for a shuttle.
