Efficient, pickup bus there within 1-2 minutes after parking. Communication of bar code and pickup instructions on return. Friendly bus driver and gate attendant.

Our flight got cancelled coming home so we got home a day late. They didn't even charge us for the extra day! The lady in the booth was so kind and even handed us water!!

Super easy process from start to finish. Shuttle picked me up as I was parking my car and took me directly to the airport. Only had to wait a few minutes for the shuttle to pick me up after landing and dropped me right at my car

Park 'N Fly is very consisent in providing good to excellent service. People are friendly and I know my car will be safe and ready to go when I arrive. It gives me a good feeling that my trip is over from a problem stand point and I can relax as I'm almost home.
