Incredible speed. The shuttles were on top of their game and took me a total of 10 minutes from parking to getting to my gate. In the pickup, it took only 15 minutes (which is still very quick). Thank you for the great service! Next time will have to take advantage of the free car wash (when I land before midnight!)

pick up and drop off process was very easy to follow and even though our flight times were during the early morning hours and were delayed from original booking time, we had minimal wait time on either end of our trip.

Friendly and caring staff both during pickup, drop off, and return from Airport. It will be very helpful to let the customer know the length of time from expected to wait at the Airport for a shuttle to be picked up once customer sends a text requesting pickup. All the customer is looking for useful and helpful info. Most frequnt parkers already know to "Head to the shuttle pickup section of the SFO and are familiar with the blue Park'n fly shuttle. Generic sentences like we are ob our way is not helpful. Customer can benefit knowing a shuttle is about 5 minutes to pickup section terminal 2 for example) or a shuttle is now departing from the Park'n fly facility about 15 minutes. Customer understands there are sometimes traffic either at the Airport or between the parking lot abd airport.
