Very easy in and out

Your Service was awesome. The drivers were on point and time. They were on time, they were at the airport within 5-10 minutes of me calling. They helped me with my luggage.
The attendant that serviced me as I exited the lot was as awesome as the driver. They both had super attitudes and personalities and were more than helpful. I will be back! Denise was the driver and Marion was the attendant. This was at the Camp Creek Location.

Quick pick up upon arrival and quick pick up at airport upon our return.

My only concern was I was told there was a AAA discount, but I did not see that listed when I made my reservation. Upon arrival, I was told that I would receive the AAA discount upon my return when I would exit the Park 'N Fly lot. When I exited Park 'N Fly, I was told that the AAA discount was not applicable since I had already prepaid for my stay at Park 'N Fly. I wish it would have been much more clear how to get the AAA discount.

It’s so easy and fast. We parked and were picked up within minutes. Coming back we waited maybe 15 minutes and the driver was there. Both drivers we had were so nice and polite and very professional. It definitely makes flying out of Chicago less hectic!!
