Friendliness and helpfulness of drivers

Usually quick pick-ups at the parking lot and airport (however, the last time I waited 10+ minutes for a van at the parking lot - that time could be improved)

Your national terminal service is great!!! Shuttles are available, service is quick and friendly.

You international service is unfortunately non-existing, and I will not use your lot for international travel. The hustle and time it takes is not worth it.

It would be great if you could add the international service.

Both drivers were very kind and helpful. However, the gentleman who picked us up about 1:00 in the morning on the 20th was especially helpful. We weren't sure how to get out of the parking lot and he led us through the covered parking lot to the exit, where a woman was able to help us. We were very thankful for that!
