I loved how simple it was to reserve a parking spot online. The shuttle was waiting for us shortly after parking our car and got us to the terminal quickly. The return service was just as simple and there was barely a wait to get us back to our vehicle. It was an added bonus to get a free wash before heading home!

Excellent service, I use ParkNFly exclusively. Another ramp to fit more cars into same space would be nice especially during snow months. Employees provide great customer service which is something not found often enough these days. Keep up the good work!
Our favorite and only place to park. Easy in and out and they are good with handling your luggage from your car to shuttle and vice versa.
It was quick! We parked and a van was there to take us to our airline. When we returned, a van was waiting for us and zoomed us to our parked car. Easy peasy!

Not the best service when I arrived. No one to direct me where to park and then no one came for over 20 minutes to pick me up. I actually called the office to ask about that. Poor service.

I loved the friendliness of the shuttle drivers! Both pickup and shuttle drivers were very nice, and they helped with the luggage! Loved the fact that parking was covered, too. The only hassle I had was getting out of the gate when I left. That was my fault. If i had read the receipt I printed out from my online purchase, I would not have punched in on arrival, and charged twice. But the attendant I reached by the call button was super helpful and patient with me, telling how to get out, and I was on my way! Thanks a million for baby-sitting my car!
