We like everything about Park and Fly. From dropping the car off and the bus being right there to load us on, to the pick-up process at the airport. You were also very accommodating when our flight was delayed 5 hours. We will always direct people your way.

Was the best airport parking service I have ever used. Location was close to MSP, the text messages were perfect for me to not have to keep track of a paper ticket and the service and promptness of the driver was top notch. Highly recommend and will definitely use this one in the future!

Drivers were so courteous and helpful, especially our pickup driver @ 6:00 am at airport. Helped us with all our bags. Think he could tell how tired we were. Wish had gotten his name.

What do you like about our services?

Clear directions upon entering lot with our prepaid code in hand. Bus waiting to follow our car to parking space for quick pick up. The lady who picked us up at our car took our luggage to the bus for me and my husband. He is getting older and has trouble lifting and this was a great help. Upon return from our trip bus was waiting and quickly with a group took each of us to our designated car- again the gentleman helped us with gettin luggage off the bus.

Driver we had on our return was great. She had just pulled out and noticed we wanted the shuttle so she stopped and helped get us loaded up. At the facility she got our bags off and put them in the car. Super friendly and super service which was very much appreciated after a long flight and having to take airport shuttle from International to Domestic.
