Everything was fine I guess, drivers were all very personable. However, upon initial parking there was no direction as to where to go to find a spot. Then there were no shuttles cruising around to pick up customers, I walked UP a pretty steep hill for quite a way to the top before running across a shuttle. If it had been hotter, or raining, it would have been a disaster. Then when coming back to get my car, it took forever to get picked up. Other than that, everything was great.

I like how streamlined the process as of from checking in, to parking, to getting picked up and the same process for when I returned. Very quick and efficient and I will do it again.

Pick up and drop off right at your car. Give us a card to remind us where we parked. The wait for a shuttle to return to the parking lot is usually pretty short

I’d think any camp creek area partaking lots are good alternative to airport parking.
Wish more parking available for international terminal since many domestic flyers and Delta employees use international lots.

Both times I have gone to Park N Fly I have been more than pleased with their service. I know my car will be in good hands and have always had helpful and friendly shuttle drivers. The shuttles come and go very frequently, so I have never had a long wait. This past weekend I was running VERY late for my flight and the shuttle driver, Richard Abbott, went out of his way to ensure I got there quickly and knew where to go. I had the pleasure of having him as my driver again on my return to Hartford. Huge thank you to Richard!
