When you opened the area up the hill that was closed early it was my favorite location.

Ease of scheduling and prompt shuttle service to and from the airport.

We’re picked up promptly at the shuttle service and at the airport.

Took a little time for me to scan my phone to get in. However it did work.. And the drivers a little rude. We walked to the bus not knowing that it would pick up at the car. There was another family that did the same. And just as rude. When we returned we sent the text as stated and waited waited almost 20 minutes I did call (very nice person) and the driver showed up about 5 minutes later. Other parking vehicles came by a few times and we still waited. Well when the driver did arrive He was nice but seemed to be barely able to walk and to help with the bags, not sure if he is suppose to help but other parking places the driver does. When we arrive at the lot, tell me why the more expensive parking spaces covered does the driver drop off first as they pass my vehicle i have to sit and wait. To the next and next and next and next and finally i was the last to be dropped off yet he passed right by my vehicle on the way. I would think that drop of the row first. guess for now own i will park further back in order to be dropped off first and not have to wait.

efficiency And security

I've always had good service until this last time. When I was picked up, the driver put the wrong number on my card and it took me 20 minutes just now when I came home to find my car. This was most unfortunate because I've had good success in the past

The crew was very nice and helpful upon my return. The shuttle driver helped me with my bags, even putting them in my car trunk. I had difficulty exiting the parking lot, and the gate attendant graciously helped me. This was my first visit, and he explained the exit procedures to me. As I was leaving, the gate attendant saw my car had ants all over the hood. He directed me to the side and hosed off my car. He walked away afterwards, not expecting any gratuity. If another car had not been trying to enter, I would have given him a tip. He didn't have to act upon my situation. Very kind and courteous gentleman!!!
