First of all, it was in a safe area with good security, electric fence all around. Staff was excellent and helpful with getting your bags into the shuttle. Return was just as quick, again staff helpful with getting luggage off the shuttle. I will definitely use again! Price was good for 2 week parking.

Recently I have found wait times to be picked up both at the Park N Fly Plus location and at the airport to be getting longer, as well as waiting for assistance at the drive up window to exit the locaation. I notice at the airport other park and ride shuttles come through more often than Park N Fly Plus. I travel a lot for work and pleasure and have used Park N Fly Plus for several years now. Even with the wait times, I currently still prefer Park N Fly Plus to other airport parking options available. However, I think these are areas that need to be considered for improvement to maintain current or frequent clients.
