Very friendly and competent staff. They went above and beyond to get us to Terminal 1 when we were running late and recovered our cell phone we left on the shuttle in our haste to make our flight. It was in the office when we came back.

Almost immediately after I parked there was a shuttle behind my car ready to pick me up. The shuttle service was convenient and prompt. Additionally, the shuttle drivers were very professional and polite.
