Secure parking, drivers are great, drop off and pick up at our car and the drivers loading our luggage. So close to the airport and very easy to use this service!

What do you like about our services?

The valet parking is great. Saves time getting to the airport and when I’m leaving. People are helpful with luggage. Always have a shuttle waiting when I get to the pick up point.

What do you like about our services?

I like the convenience. However i was upset this trip because I paid for indoor parking and after our driver picked us up he drove the three other customers to their outdoor parking spaces and I had to wait and go last so I was upset about that

What do you like about our services?

The process is seamless. It's very convenient and very secure. I no longer think about my vehicle while I'm traveling. Scannable QR codes give you in and out of the lot. I'm picked up at my car and returned to my car. I don't even have to remember where I parked. Overall it has been a great experience using Park 'N Fly.

I like the valet parking, covered parking, and being able to reserve parking. Would have given a perfect score of 10 if you serviced terminal F.

Always nice drivers, pick up and drop off in a timely fashion. Wish I would have known the frequent parker program was free when I started traveling at the beginning of the summer but glad I got it now!
