Easy use with quick shuttle bus.

I reserved self park at Park and Fly. When I arrived , it was full so you offered valet without any further charges. It was so easy when I arrived back at SFO, called and my car was ready to drive home when the shuttle dropped me off. So smooth and very little wait time! Thank you for making my travels easy.

I did need to call the office in order to get a pick-up while I was in the preferred section of the garage on this last trip - I had been waiting for like 7-ish minutes which seemed abnormal for how many shuttles run around that place. Maybe I was being impatient. But they had a shuttle to me shortly thereafter.

I accidentally left my bag on the bus. The personnel at the front stopped me and contacted the bus driver and got my bag off the bus before we left. It was great customer service with thank them very much.

We always have the same woman helping us and she is so beyond helpful! The system was down when we got there so had some issues when we were trying to leave. She took care of it all! Always the nicest drivers and people working there in general.

It was a very efficient system. Scan the QR code, go to your spot. Get picked up and dropped at the airport quickly. On return the shuttle came fast and brought me right back to my car in just a few minutes. A great service!
