I was apprehensive about having to check in on my own and whether or not anyone would be available to help if needed. I was more than pleasantly surprised about how smooth this experience was. An agent was there when we drove up and scanned the QR on my phone. When we found a spot to park, a van was there immediately. It couldn't have been better. On the return trip, I made a mistake by getting on the wrong Park and Fly van. But the driver took us to the Park and Fly Plus lot and helped us unload. We don't fly often, but I wouldn't hesitate to use this lot again. Top-notch!

Awesome service. Wish you serviced the international terminal however the driver did her best to get us as close to the shuttle as possible!

Pickup was very prompt and courteous. I want to give kudos to your employee George, who was on duty the evening of Saturday, August 5, 2023, at DFW airport in Dallas. My car had been sitting in the parking lot for 7 days in the Texas heat and would not start when I got back. George was able to quickly and courteously get my battery jumped and got me on my way. He is an asset to your company!

The staff from the entrance to the drivers were wonderful. Pick up was a little confusing at first and wondering if we were in the right place to wait for a bus but after about 15 minutes one showed up. We would most definitely use park n fly again.
