We always choose Park N Fly at both Miami and Ft Lauderdale airports. This summer we were going to be gone for a month and I knew we needed the extra care and security of indoor parking. It worked out great. Great care and customer service. We can be at ease during our entire vacation knowing our car is in the care of Park N Fly.
Ease of use
Convenient location and frequent shuttles to and from the airport terminal. The drivers are always friendly and helpful (Rinh was especially good on our recent trip).
Your shuttle service is reliable and helpful, and I like that they pick you up and drop you off at your car.
However, Exit markings from the top level were hard to follow to get out of the parking lot, and I had put my QR code in a file in my suitcase not realizing I would need it to get out of the parking lot. Once I found it and got it out, it wouldn't scan. Fortunately, one of your employees came and helped me. Please warn people (especially first-time customers) that they will need that QR code and clearer instructions on scanning it.
(Not everyone flies on a regular basis.)

Drivers are helpful courteous and on time. The ladies at the ticket booth are always friendly and smiling. I appreciate that especially if I'm starting my day out sad.
The shuttle ride was quick and comfortable. The driver Rinh was very courteous and great to talk to.
