It is convenient and cost-effective to park at PNF. I generally make reservations and on this latest trip, it turned out it was necessary because the lot was full to all except those with reservations. The shuttle drivers worked diligently to find open spaces for those of us searching and got us to the airport on a timely basis. All of the men drivers and most of the women are excellent at helping with luggage. I have parked at PNF for years and will continue to do so.

Convenient location near the airport. Vehicles are clean and comfortable. Drivers always pleasant and helpful with luggage. Provide slip with parking location on the lot. Easy access into baggage claim to get to ticketing and upon return. Like the discount offered for AAA members . Car wash is a bonus.

My only issue this time was that when we were dropping the car off, the attendant at the front told us to go to H or M but the shuttles were at M so we had to reload the car and move and in the rush we forgot the car seat for my son. My hubby had to run back to the car to get it.

Very efficient service

I only have one complaint. The pickup location normally forms a line by the sign at island #3. When the shuttle arrives it pulls up past the sign. People who did not stand in line run to the front and board immediately while others that waited in line get passed over.

Some sort of line formation marked on the ground or on the sign would solve this problem.

I like that they pick you up at your car and don't make you lug your luggage around...

Easy process, and the valet is excellent.

Always response when I call to be picked up, near waiting long periods to get picked up at either location. There drivers have always be great people getting luggage on and off the buses
