The App is easy to use to reserve, parking experience is easy- shuttle drivers are all wonderful, pick-up at your parking spot, not a long wait at airport for shuttles, and drop-off at parking spot.

The only thing that is difficult-with pre-paid timing and flight delays- if you leave later than your estimated time programmed- you get charged an extra day of parking- even when you may be still in same 24 hour period of that day. This trip- I booked an extra day (1am) in case I got out of the lot after midnight- but this trip I was able to get out of lot before midnight- so I pre-paid for an extra day I didn't use.

I have used Park 'N Fly for a few years (after Covid) and love you guys. I have never had an issue with parking my car there or had any issues with drop off or pick up to and from the airport. I think we keeps me coming back is the ease of it all and the staff. I am not sure what you guys are doing right but continue to do it because the staff is so nice, friendly and always willing to help. I have never encountered an unfriendly staff member there!

The wait times have improved. Roughly 3 to 6 months ago, waiting for a shuttle to take you to the airport or be picked up, was just way too long. Now the wait time has improved. I hope this continues going forward.
