exactly what i expected

We love Park and Fly. We fly out of Oakland as often as possible as P&F makes it very easy for us to leave our car worry-free and jump on the shuttle to the airport. The drivers are always very pleasant with very fast service. I would highly recommend Oakland Park and Fly to anyone.

It was easy to find and the shuttle came right to my car. They helped me get all of my luggage and children on and off the shuttle. Upon leaving, the agent even gave me and my children cold bottles of water. This will definitely be where I park for all my trips.

Location, efficiency, friendly and effortless.

The service was timely. We did not have to wait long by our car in the parking garage or wait long at the airport to return to our car. The drivers were very polite and very helpful. The parking garage was well lit and felt relatively safe / secure. We had no issues using the website to make our reservation, and the entire transaction (from booking online to using the scanner at the garage to checkout) was very easy and straightforward.
