I fly early in AM. Bus is there, which makes me feel safe. Area is well-lighted and attendants/drivers are friendly & helpful. Drivers on return trips are courteous and usually very timely to requests. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I have been using your service for over 10 years without fail. We have recommended you to many friends. This past 7/30 we had a horrible experience. Our flight was an hour delayed and we waited for luggage for over an hour at Midway. We finally texted for our pickup at 2:50am. We got the auto reply text that someone was coming. 20 minutes later and a crowd building, I called. Again an auto reply text that someone was coming. 15 more minutes and I called again,decided to hit 0 to see if I could take to someone. The man answered saying the auto texts don't work after 2am. No where did it say that and the auto texts still came saying someone would come for us. So so frustrating!!! Finally made it home at 4:20am
Easy access. Transportation to the airport was quick. Offered a bottle of water for our drive home.

Easy to ise
Someone was there to help me scan my phone as soon as I drove up. I did not have to wait for a shuttle at all when I parked and only about 5 min. at the airport. Friendly and helpful staff.
very easy access to and from property
In the past, I've been concerned about the number of running shuttles. This trip, however, we had excellent service. And, we were fortunate to have Mark as our shuttle driver for both trips. He is amazing. I watched as he patiently waited for a lady to find her parking ticket, and he was so courteous to assist us with large luggage, even putting in our trunk. If I could request him for my next trip -- I would!!!!
