For years, getting in and out wasn't all that easy -- there was conflicting information as to what to do (sometimes they'd make me grab a ticket, sometimes they'd tell me just to scan the reservation, etc.), but this time it was 100% straightforward.

Efficient, fast, and safe drivers who are familiar with the parking lot layout in terms of the actual spot numbers. Also, I like booking in the app and 24/7 self-checkout via QR code exit.

Feedback: after requesting a shuttle for pickup, it’d be nice to know some confirmatory details to help me gauge my wait time and/or assigned pickup shuttle.

For example, I once accidentally requested a pickup at the airport departures instead of in the Park n Fly parking lot. I wasn’t sure if I needed to call to cancel/clarify I was in the Park n Fly parking lot - I decided not to call because I assumed my location was known and I wasn’t trying to create commotion at 5:30am. However, when a parking lot shuttle past by and didn’t pick us up, I was worried I messed up the request; however, I then assumed it past by because it was full, but I didn’t know for sure and was worried we wouldn’t be picked up so I tried re-questing again in the app. It’d be helpful to know if it matters which part of the app I request from.

So, to help me gauge my pickup details, knowing my wait time or the assigned shuttle would help ease such concerns. Because of this experience, I’ll probably arrive even earlier to ensure shuttle availability.
