Shuttle service is frequent and convenient. The only thing slightly confusing is the lack of instructions at the airport if you're trying to get to Terminal 1.

Easy with the app to enter. Shuttle arrived in a timely manner. Upon returning to MSP, our plane arrived late- 2:00am, but we didn't wait very long for the shuttle to arrive at the terminal. Easy check-out also with the app.

Have been using park and fly since the executive days and have always had a positive experience. Recently, we used the longer term selfparking. Our flight got cancelled and we returned to park and fly and had to drive home that evening. The folks at the front desk were empathic (thank you) and said we would not need to pay for that night's parking. I am not sure how that credit would look since we prepaid for the parking but have not seen anything on my credit card. No big deal, we will surely still use park and fly. Just wanted to bring to your attention. Thanks.

What do you like about our services?

The app is really easy to use and the parking garage is very organized. I have a big Toyota Tundra and the spaces I’ve been in with it are easy and big enough to pull/back into.

Your lot is clean and feels safe and secure. The shuttle runs frequently. We like being picked up and dropped off by the shuttle right at our car (no walking through the lot, sometimes when it's dark).

What do you like about our services?

All the drivers and window attendants I’ve ever dealt with have been professional, and at the same time good to talk to. I have to say I’ve had some good conversations in the short distance from the airport and parking facility. Everyone is very friendly.
