Great expeirence. We drove into lot parked and a shuttle was right there to pick us up and take us to the airport. On the return trip we called and the shuttle waste no time to get there. It was so great to not have to deal with airport traffic. Just jump in and go. Then when back at our vehicle we got right out with ease and headed home. No airport traffic to fight and dont have to fig out where to go at airport. This is def. the way to go. Thanks for great service.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Shuttle meets you at you vehicle during drop off and a very quick ride to the airport. This is the only place I’ll park when flying out of Oakland. Plus, the absolute best price for parking when you book online. Highly recommend!

The location in Minneapolis is very convenient for us. It is close to the airport and the shuttles run on a timely basis. We never have to worry about making it to the airport on time, and most times there is a shuttle waiting in the airport lot when we return from our trip. We use the covered parking and the service is always great.

I use uncovered valet all the time. On Thursday this week - the service was not satisfactory. The shuttle bus driver either did not call in the valet number or the staff was being lazy at valet. The counter was not busy either. Me and one other customers car were NOT brought around to us at valet. We both waited 7-10 min for someone to bring our cars to valet.
