Easy to park and the shuttle picked us up quickly. Returning home, received a text in which we replied to let the shuttle know we were ready to go. They were there within 3 minutes. Great service!

Everyone was so very kind and helpful. We parked at like 5 am and people were nice and the bus to the airport was nice and the driver kind. we got back from vacation a week later around 530 pm and a bus was waiting at the airport and we could also text that we were ready for pick up. Staff still so kind and helpful. I really appreciate everyone. My car was still intact and I was able to drive home. I will use park n fly again because it’s a gated area with staff on site all the time. - I had previously parked with hotel parking who said they had security but they didn’t actually check on the parked cars and mine was vandalized - my catalytic converter was stolen. So I was very nervous to park and leave my car. But this park n fly was reassuring that all would be ok.
