Age and infirmity has limited my traveling but recently had to fly to CA and returned today. Your service was excellent.
Driver going and man at check out could not have been nicer but I did not get their names. Today I was especially touched by driver Anna's awareness of my need to get help loading cane, luggage into car. I had used self park. I didn't expect this. She made sure I was safe in car.
I also had lost my return receipt card...had directions with bar code though, and she was most efficient and speedy in making sure another family (who couldn't find their receipt) and I were valid travelers. She drives well. She is a tiny woman but high energy for sure. I am a big woman and suitcase heavy but she handled like a dockworker. She moves and works so efficiently. Just don't see that everyday. Good for you and excellent for your clients.
I was impressed. Too often one only hears complaints but felt a need to send commendation. Thanks you
