Convenient location and good timely shuttle service. Easy on line process to book. One note that was a dissatisfier........I made the reservation on line and paid for self parking, Upon exiting there was a balance due for parking fee, airport fee, PHL Fuel surcharge and parking tax. I was surprised by this and could not exit until I paid. It was late and the exit was not attended so no one to seek an explanation from. Perhaps I missed a disclaimer when I reserved my space that indicated a true up upon exit. If there is no disclaimer, you should add it so we know to expect it.

The employee at the front gate was very helpful. It is so easy to get to the airport.
Convenient and fast service to and from the airport. Only complaint is the machines when checking in. The machines does not scan the barcodes. We always spend 10 minutes at the scanner because it can not read the barcode.
It was convenient. There was plenty of parking. I felt my car was safe there. The staff was SUPER friendly (and I came really early to park and left really late!). The vans were clean and comfortable. The wait was short to and from the airport. The price was good.
Buses are decent and clean! Drivers are respectful and free car wash is the best feature!
