I like the app too but some improvements are needed. When I scanned from my app at the gate it didn't go through. Sometimes the come get me on the app doesn't get the response. I like to book my parking on the app but had some difficulties at times. Mostly works.

We have no complaints! We were very pleased with the shuttle driver. Being elders, we may have needed more help than others. He provided that help and did it with a smile. Being picked up and dropped off at our car was a big plus for us. We certainly will use the service, again when traveling.
