Fast and reliable
PNF MSP has the best drivers. They always make you feel welcome and appreciate that you’re there. We had a driver pull over to keep us warm until the main driver could come get us to take us to the terminal. They are customer obsessed.

The service to and from the airport was excellent. However, getting to pick up location at the airport wasn't convenient. With the homeless people being inside the baggage claim area was a bit overwhelming. A single woman doesn't feel comfortable alone. And yes you could tell they were homeless from them laying in the floor sleeping. I totally understand the need to get out of the weather - perhaps a different location that's not so public.
