Fast pickup at our parking spot. The young gentleman who picked us up from the airport was right there waiting for us and took us directly to park n fly. He waited while we started our car and asked if he wanted him to wait longer to be sure we got out of our spot. What a helpful young man.

The attendant was fantastic. I forgot I was coming back through ohara. And my stepson picked me up and took me there. Since I had my blue card she allowed us to drive to my car and leave.

I like that I can purchase the service up-front, come in and scan a code, and park. The shuttles are always around and get you to the terminal quickly. Coming back is just as easy, load the shuttle, find your car then scan a code to get out. The price is right, and I always use Park and Fly.

I really liked the former SF Valet parking!!! I was told that is now unavailable after the sale to new owners. Please bring it back!!!!

The SF staff was somewhat disorganized picking me up at my vehicle parking place at the beginning, and at check out when leaving the lot.
