Michelle greeted me at the door & asked what she could help me with. I am looking for K size headboard, so she showed me a variety of different styles & colors. Very helpful, not pushy, very knowledgeable about the product she’s selling, friendly and professional. Very impressed.
A big negative for me is that if a purchase is made in Pensacola, you either have to pick it up in Loxley AL or pay $79 for delivery. I think if you live here in town (within a certain radius) & your purchase is over $500 for example, you should get free delivery. It encourages one to make the purchase vs going elsewhere. I may love the furniture but if I can’t get it to my house, I will keep looking. Kathy R.

Charlotte Toms was one of the most informative and knowledgeable sales consultant I have encountered. She took the time to find out what we wanted in a bed, made recommendations and even called us back that evening with a bed that was on sale that we might not have seen. In addition, she was instrumental in finding us the right head and foot board for the bed. Before we came back in to sign the paperwork, she had a line of options for us to look at. Never at any point did she rush us or looked to her next customer. Out of ten stars, I give Charlotte a 10.
