Very friendly and helpful
Tim Ross at the Pensacola store was awesome. We recently purchased a king size bedroom set with a new mattress. If it had not been for his customer service we would not have purchased our items with Ashley.
In the future when we decide to buy other items for our house we are going to go back and work with Tim.

I'm in Pensacola so I don't know if any other furniture store that has followed trends even close to what Ashely has. Love the customer care and plan to buy soon. The salesperson, Miranda, was very pleasant. Not pushy, very sweet and helpful. Showed me alternatives to the re liner I was looking at and went out of her way to make sure all the customers in the store were taken care of.
