The entire visit was very pleasant. Looking at all the furniture and Jim Sims answering all our questions with extreme patience and knowledge. We went back the next day and bought nearly everything. Believe me, between my daughter and me, we asked enough questions to wear anyone down, but Jim handled it superbly.

The sales associate that spoke with me was knowledgeable he knew the product and what type services available such as: Guardian Plan. I am familiar, as my sofa and recliner which I purchased 6 years ago I purchased the protection warranty and was pleased not only with furniture but the product. I am plalnning on moving within the next 45 days and hopefully will be able to replace some of my furniture.

Just stopped by to look at end tables and Charlotte was available to help us. Although we did not find what we wanted she was gracious with her time and allowed us to look. We purchased our living room couch and chair from Ashley HomeStore earlier this year and love it. And our neighbors just purchased their living room furniture from you as well per our suggestion to go look there.
Mary Crum was incredibly helpful and kind! She listened to us as we explained exactly what we were looking for and even made several recommendations based on the layout we described. She wasn't pushy or overbearing while my husband and I casually browsed the rest of the store. We will be coming back to see her specifically!
